A selection of the finest fruit from several vineyards around Radda in Chianti. Macerated for 60 days in concrete and steel. (The long macerations actually help to make the wine more approachable in youth. After extraction, the tannins begin to elongate. The result is something very age worthy that is still approachable now). Then aged for 18 months in French and Austrian oak barrels. Extremely fine and elegant. The 2021 also celebrates 30 years since the arrival of Sean in Tuscany.
