Delivery

We aim to dispatch most orders on the same day they’re placed, with next working day delivery in most cases. Please allow 2–5 business days for delivery, depending on your location and order volume. All orders are shipped with DHL. We use recyclable, low-impact packaging for all deliveries, including Pulpsafe and Flexi-Hex bottle protection.

Click & Collect

You’re welcome to collect your order from us in person. Simply choose Click & Collect at checkout and we’ll email you as soon as your wine is ready to pick up.

Same-Day Delivery (London)

If you need your wine urgently, we recommend arranging a courier bike for same-day delivery. Give us a call and we’ll make sure your order is prepared and ready for collection when your courier arrives.

Problem with your delivery?

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the contents, keep the original packaging and contact us within 48 hours.
If your order is missing an item or contains the wrong bottle, please retain the packaging and get in touch with us with your order details:

Corked Wine

If you believe a bottle is corked, please bring it back to us as soon as possible with the majority of its contents. If you’re not based in London, just get in touch and we’ll arrange a collection.

Once we’ve confirmed the wine is corked, we’ll happily offer a replacement or a like-for-like alternative. If you’re unsure whether a bottle is corked, please contact us, we’re always glad to advise.
