All from a single site, the same as the Valtiberia. 6 day maceration with gentle punch downs. First fermentation in steel. As with all of Max's wines, there is real purity hear. Deep red in colour, aromas of a freshly picked basket of berries, elegant and balanced, makes for delightful drinking.
