The Mourvèdre from vine Vale, the Syrah from Bethany. The Mourvèdre was foot trodden,
macerated for 6 hours and then pressed in barrel. Syrah picked on the same day, destemmed and then pressed into steel. Aged for 16 months before blending and bottling.
