A rare still white from the Limestone soils of En Valingrain, Tranquille is Olivier Horiot’s elegant expression of the unique terroir of Les Riceys. Made as a Blanc de Noirs, it offers delicate stone fruit, white flowers, and a whisper of red berry beneath its pale golden hue. Textural and precise, with a gentle savoury edge and a long, mineral finish, this is Champagne stripped of its sparkle—quiet, contemplative, and full of character. A beautiful example of why Les Riceys is so prized for still wines. Only one barrel was made.
