From the steep slopes of Les Riceys comes this rare and captivating still rosé, made entirely from Pinot Noir by grower-producer Olivier Horiot. En Valingrain is from a single vineyard and shows the depth and nuance that make Rosé des Riceys one of Champagne’s best-kept secrets. It see's an eight day maceration so probably belongs in the "light red" camp. Delicate notes of wild strawberry, blood orange, dried herbs, and a whisper of earth unfold on a silky, savoury palate.
