En Barmont is Olivier Horiot’s single-vineyard Rosé des Riceys which shows a little more ripeness than the En Valingrain. Wild red berries, rose petal, orange zest, and a whisper of spice unfold on a silky, structured palate with a savoury, mineral finish. A still rosé with the soul of fine Burgundy.
