A relatively new and slightly experimental cuvee from the Horiot's. The fruit is electric, its vibrant and sparkly (literally and metaphorically) with a flinty mineral back bone. There is a lot going on here, unlike anything else, what an experience. The wine is aged on the lees for 30 months, no added sulphur, zero dosage, only 2876 bottles made.
