A new entry level cuvee from Olivier Horiot, made in collaboration with two other growers. Straight pinot noir from the Aube, so there is a nice bit of ripeness, kept in check but a saline character. Top tier winemaking at an entry level price for growers champagne. This will make a lot of people very happy. 

This release comes from a new wave co-operative project, alongside friends Eric Collinet
and Florent Grados. Stainless steel vilification then ageing in barrel. 4g/l Dosage and just 300 bottles for the UK
