Something a little more classic feeling from Ismael. The 180 year old vines bring depth and complexity, buttery and textured with a pure lines of freshness running through. It feels familiar yet completely new at the same time. A single vineyard picked over 6 weeks. Fermented and aged for 10 months in Austrian barrels, then 10 months in stainless steel, all the while on its lees.
