The wine that really raised our eyebrows. A blend of vintages between 2019 and 2023. Started as an experiment, Lukas has continued due to how happy he is with the wine. The vineyards are in the Grand Cru site of Klostergarten in Zeiskam ( sandy clay) but as a landwein, this cannot appear on the label. Barrels are kept topped up to prevent oxidation but with the continued lack of additional sulphur, a slight veil of flor has been allowed to develop.
