Few Pet Nat's manage to balance energy and precision quite like Bubulle. Produced from mature Chenin Blanc vines in Montlouis-sur-Loire, grown on the region's characteristic mix of sand, silex and limestone, it captures both the generosity of the grape and the tension of the place it comes from. Refreshing and dangerously easy to drink, yet with a depth and elegance. Bubulle is a reminder that serious wine and joyful wine are very often the same thing.
