A full and very food friendly white, herbal, floral and round on the palate. Commonly found with a bit of age, these wines reward those who are patient.

In the foothills of the Pyrénées, these high altitude vineyards experience a cacophony of extreme heat from the harsh southern sun, cold nights and heavy mountain rain. It was this balance of extremes that inspired winemaker Gérard Gauby to make wines at 660m above sea.
