A wine that is only produced in good years, keeping true to the phrase Superiore. A selection of the best fruit from both parcels, fermented in bins and then kept in Grande Botti for 18 months. This feels quite plush, lots of plummy fruit, a touch of violet perfume, a slight iony edge. The acidity is very well integrated with these wines, hidden almost, allowing them to feel round and soft yet lifted.
