Away from the warmer plains where the grape is often grown, the hills of Le Marche bring a fresher, more vibrant expression, with notes of wild berries, herbs and spice alongside a subtle savoury character.
From 7 year old vines in their Capovolto vineyard. Never seeing irrigation and always biodynamically farmed. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts and maturation in steel
tanks and Grande Botti for 18 months. Bottle ageing for 6 months.
