From 7 year old vines in their Capovolto vineyard. Never seeing irrigation and always biodynamically farmed. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts and maturation in steel
tanks and Grande Botti for 18 months. Bottle ageing for 6 months. Fruity and spicy notes give vigour to a balanced, smooth and fresh structure.
