60 years old vines. From the highest point of the Beaujolais Region, Chiroubles. Thus the wine shows lots of freshness, nice structure and a touch more earthiness compared to his other wines. 

Born in Lyon to Arabic heritage and raised in Morgon, Karim spent a decade working with Beaujolais legends Guy Breton and Marcel Lapierre before starting his own project as a négociant. He organically farms and vinifies 5 hectares of old-vine Gamay, using minimal sulphur and meticulous temperature control to preserve purity and fruit.
