Each vintage Karim’s daughter Noemie, chooses an old parcel of vines to work with, as she gradually takes over the reigns from Karim. Aged in concrete tanks and steel. 

Born in Lyon to Arabic heritage and raised in Morgon, Karim spent a decade working with Beaujolais legends Guy Breton and Marcel Lapierre before starting his own project as a négociant. He organically farms and vinifies 5 hectares of old-vine Gamay, using minimal sulphur and meticulous temperature control to preserve purity and fruit.
