A new expression of Coteaux Champenois from Jérôme Lefèvre, exploring the character of Pinot Meunier beyond the boundaries of sparkling wine. The intention was to capture the aroma and texture of freshly pressed fruit in the finished wine, resulting in a still Champagne that feels vibrant and driven by fruit and somewhat "alive".
