From tiny holdings in the Marne Valley, Françoise Delalot works just a few hectares with an almost obsessive level of care. Farming is entirely organic, with biodynamic treatments and meticulous attention in the vineyard. Production is microscopic, and bottles are fiercely sought after by those in the know.

Every vintage sees a diversity in the wine, some wines are not released every year, from grape variety, to the use of taille to more simple experimentation with oak. Gastronomic wines at their core, truly a beautiful new expression of the region and a fine example of how much more Champagne can be.
