Fruit from a ‘grand cru’-rated plot in El Carril, with vines over 280 years old, gives this Verdejo its remarkable depth and character. The 2021 is fermented and aged on lees for 11 months in 228-litre barrels, adding texture and subtle complexity without overwhelming the purity of the fruit.
