Azay-le-Rideau is a tiny and relatively unknown region that producers very mineral and fresh wines. This Chenin has delicate aromatics of white flowers and citrus, on the palate it has zippy acidity and a slight chalky quality. This would be a great match for lighter dishes, especially if they are doused in lemon juice or vinegarette as it will help balance things out.
