A very light and fresh red, think cranberries and pomegranate with a hint of white pepper. This suites being chilled a few degrees. From vineyards in Azay-le-Rideau, a region with a strong history for this grape variety. Soil rich in limestone and flint, around 400 metres above sea level. Single vineyard and a blend of steel and old oak.
