From vineyards in Azay-le-Rideau, a region with a strong history for this grape variety. Soil rich in limestone and flint, around 400 metres above sea level. The grapes come from a single vineyard and are in a blend of steel and old oak. A perfect correction to many of the "glou glou" style Grolleau’s available. Deep, elegant and complex.
