A light maceration, between 9 and 12 days for all 3 grapes. Fresh and mineral, exotic fruits on the nose and mirabelle plums, a delicate and refreshing mouthfeel with soft tannins. Unfiltered, no sulphites. 

Nicolas Grosbois & Philippe Mesnier of Hauts-Baigneux set up the Les Tetes collective with a couple of friends. They source grapes from friends, in and around the Loire. The goal is to buy organic fruit, often from outside of the key appellations, to make high quality every day wines.
