A full bodied and savoury expression of Trebbiano that dances between yellow fruit, salty sea air and woody herbs. A far cry from your typical table wine made from this variety. 
From a single plot in Cerasa. Guyot pruned Trebbiano from 40 year old vines, planted on medium brown clay. Vinified in steel and aged in steel. Bottled before the next vintage, then aged in bottle in the cellar. Each vintage of Francesco’s wines are experiments, as he attempts to find the perfect way to express the varieties and terroir of his land. He is committed to low intervention and minimal sulphur use, and sings ariettas to his tanks and barrels as they mature.
