As with Francesco's other whites, this is a full bodied and savoury expression with a distinct salty character. A traditional blend of the area. From a single vineyard on a medium brown clayey mixture. Soft pressing. Vinification and ageing in steel with only 2,000 bottles produced. Each vintage of Francesco’s wines are experiments, as he attempts to find the perfect way to express the varieties and terroir of his land. He is committed to low intervention and minimal sulphur use, and sings ariettas to his tanks and barrels as they mature.
