A new wine made from grapes grown on a plot Vincent Laval recently purchased from his uncle. The vineyard is in the premier cru village of Cumières in the Marne Valley. A blend of 2021 and 2022, aged in old barrels and on the lees for a few months, disgorged in 2025. The wine wear's the "Vincent Laval" label as the vineyard is still undergoing organic conversion. 

2021 was a difficult vintage for many in Champagne. Although when we tasted the wines in the spring, it was clear that, despite the low quantities, the quality was still remarkably high.
