Les Chênes is an exceptional plot located on the eastern part of the village of Cumières, between the roads of Ay and Hautvillers, under the famous abbey. The conditions are optimal, a mid-slope location facing due south, chalk subsoil under a thin layer of clay-silt soil, organically farmed for many years. A beautiful wine, characterized by its finesse, its complex structure and its mineral, saline persistence.
