The excellent terroir of Les Chênes is located on the eastern part of the village of Cumières, between the roads of Ay and Hautvillers, under the famous abbey. The plot has optimal conditions: mid-slope location facing due south, chalk subsoil under a thin layer of clay-silt soil, organic farming for a very long time. Disgorged in October 2020, 0 Dosage, 1474 bottles produced.
