A rosato that feels at home in the "light red" category. Cherries and yellow apples on the nose followed by a fresh and spicy palate. A blend of all four grape varieties on the farm. A wine to show the energy of the whole land. Each vintage of Francesco’s wines are experiments, as he attempts to find the perfect way to express the varieties and terroir of his land. He is committed to low intervention and minimal sulphur use, and sings ariettas to his tanks and barrels as they mature.
