A classic Southern Rhone blend. Processed by gravity with a long maceration in concrete, around 30 days. Then aged for over 24 months in concrete.

Founded in 1917, Domaine Viret is now run by its third generation, who since 1973 have developed “Cosmoculture”, a unique evolution of biodynamic farming that harnesses the natural energies of the land and cosmos. They have also placed standing stones and crystals at crucial sites of electromagnetic importance in their vineyards and cellar. Their vineyards feature rare grape varieties, experimental plantings, and energy-focused design, while winemaking combines modern vessels with traditional amphora, which they helped reintroduce in France.
