A generous style of Orange wine. Vibrant aromatics that dance between dried tropical fruits and baking spices. There's a slight savoury nutty character but the freshness is not lost and there is a purity on the palate. The finish will leave you wanting more. The varieties are co fermented half in steel the other in Amphore and macerated for 6 months. 

Founded in 1917, Domaine Viret is now run by its third generation, who since 1973 have developed “Cosmoculture”, a unique evolution of biodynamic farming that harnesses the natural energies of the land and cosmos. They have also placed standing stones and crystals at crucial sites of electromagnetic importance in their vineyards and cellar. Their vineyards feature rare grape varieties, experimental plantings, and energy-focused design, while winemaking combines modern vessels with traditional amphora, which they helped reintroduce in France.
