Based on the grape variety's, this could be overwhelming but it manages to remain pleasantly cool, calm and collected. It's full, has some nice aromatics and lots of texture yet its delightfully moreish. If you like Chardonnay with a bit of body and weight, you will love this. 

From steep, windswept schist slopes overlooking the Mediterranean, Les Orris Blanc is a beautifully expressive Southern white. The old vines of Grenache Blanc, Maccabeu, and Vermentino are farmed organically and harvested by hand, producing a wine that balances Roussillon’s generous sun with remarkable freshness.
