Peppery, fragrant Syrah that shows a different side of Crozes-Hermitage. Blackberries, violets and cracked pepper lead the way, carried by freshness and fine tannins rather than the weight often associated with the appellation. Dard & Ribo have become one of the northern Rhône's most influential producers, earning a devoted following for wines that favour purity and expression over power. Their Crozes-Hermitage has become something of a benchmark for this style.

Drawn from vineyards on the plains and granite slopes surrounding Hermitage hill, it captures the region's savoury character while remaining remarkably lifted and transparent. Unmistakably Rhône Syrah, but one that values perfume and detail as much as structure.
