From the volcanic slopes of Breganze, the Dal Zotto family coax the indigenous Vespaiolo grape into a wine that sings of its hillside home. Crisp green apple, lemon zest, and wildflower honey dance on the nose, while the palate is alive with citrus brightness and a subtle saline finish. It’s a glassful of northern Italian sunshine and perfect with fresh seafood, spring vegetables, or simply on its own as an aperitif.

If you are feeling creative, try is with  "Sarde in Saor", a traditional Venetian appetizer featuring fried sardines marinated in a sweet and sour sauce of onions, vinegar, and white wine, often with pine nuts and raisins. Bellissimo!
