Musso Torchio is a characterful red from the volcanic slopes of Veneto, made in small batches by the Dal Zotto family. It’s generous and juicy, with flavours of ripe cherry, blackberry, and a twist of fresh herbs, grounded by a gentle earthiness. The tannins are smooth, the finish long and satisfying. It’s the kind of wine that feels equally at home with a plate of slow-cooked ragù or a hunk of well-aged cheese — soulful, unpretentious, and full of personality.
