A white blend that reflects the volcanic soils of their finest hillside vineyards. Made from 80% The Vespaiola is fermented and aged in stainless steel for freshness and aromatic lift, while Garganega matures in French oak barriques for added depth and structure. After blending, the wine is bottle-aged for a year to let everything come together. On the nose, Il Pendio is perfumed and inviting, with layers of honeysuckle, apricot, citrus, and spice. There’s a mineral thread running through it, balanced by creamy texture and mouth-watering acidity.
