From a tiny parcel of old vines in the Vallee de la Marne which is farmed biodynamically by Stephanie and Julien who are viticulture advisors for over 370 acres in Champagne. Wild yeast fermented, no fining or filtering and aged for five years on the lees. A very expressive wine with great concentration of fruit, minerality and tension. Bottled without dosage, the goal here is to produce a pure expression of this fantastic terroir. This is very special.
