In 2020, Vincent Charlot sold grapes to the Chevreux-Bournazel's, all from a single plot where the seven varieties grow. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation, it spends 10 months in barrel, no filtration or fining. Disgorged 3rd of Feb 2023. No additions. Only 620 bottles were made. 

With just 0.9 hectares under vine, spread over a few plots, the La Parcelle project is tiny but mighty. As viticulture advisers, Stephanie Chevreux and Julien Bournazel look after 180 hectares of vines within champagne. They work with both small growers and some of the larger houses, helping them improve farming practices by utilising biodynamic and permaculture practices. The wines are very special and will reliably impress anyone who opens a bottle.
