Across the Gironde from the great First Growths of the Médoc, Château Roc de Cambes is somewhat of a hidden treasure. Dating back to the 14th century, the estate was revitalised in 1988 by François Mitjavile of Tertre Roteboeuf, whose signature approach, low yields, late harvesting and long ageing, brings a depth and polish rarely seen in Côtes de Bourg.

2015 was a great vintage and this wine is coming into the early stages of its prime. Rich, deep and incredibly drinkable.
