The younger sibling to the Trebbiano d'Abruzzo, its lighter and more streamlined. Comparative to the many non-descript expressions of Trebbiano out there, this is a huge step up.

The project was started from scratch sourcing a large portion of their vines from the cuttings of Emideo Pepe’s old vineyard. Trebbiano and Montepulciano are planted with the first vintage of Pecorino available on this release. In between and around the vines they also have olive groves, ancient grains and apiaries, trying at all times to keep a balance of biodiversity while producing their own Pasta and Honey
