Plots located on the Chamery Premier Cru terroirs, places called “les Vigneules”, “les Spectres” and “les Caquerets”, South-East exposure. First fermentation carried out in used barrels (228 and 400 L) with indigenous yeasts, aged for 9 months on the lees and bottled without additions or dosage. A very precise wine with firm acidity, aromatics and a soft fruit character.
