From a single premier cru plot in Vrigny, with vines averaging 50 years old. The first fermentation is carried out in used barrels (228 and 400 L) with indigenous yeasts, aged for 9 months on the lees before bottling. The wine spends two years in bottle before release. No fining or filtering, no added sulphites, no dosage. A very pure expression, with tense minerality and salinity, soft white fruit and a touch of spice.
