Steely and quietly complex, there is a definite sense that this is the sum of many parts. Made from the seven permitted grape varieties in Champagne - Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Petit Meslier, Arbanne, Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc. Aged in used oak for eleven months in used oak and bottled with no additions.
