Pure, elegant and precise. A citrussy fresh kind of Champagne that would make an amazing aperitif or a great accompaniment to a slow evening. 2021 was a difficult vintage for most in Champagne which led Antoine to produce two new cuvee's. Lots of fruit was lost but what remained was incredibly high quality. A blend of two parcels, Le Jardin and Les Renardes. Vinified in a single amphora egg. Just 2060 bottles created with no additions. It is unsurprising with the increased demand of grower Champagne, alongside Antoine already being voted young champagne winemaker of the year, that the demand is high for his wines, thankfully so is the quality.
