A very complete wine. Great freshness and minerality that broadens with a bit of oxygen. Very fine and long finish. A blend of all the parcels Antoine has, a one off expression of how Antoine sees his estate. 2021 was a difficult vintage for most in Champagne which led Antoine to produce two new cuvee's. Lots of fruit was lost but what remained was incredibly high quality. It is unsurprising with the increased demand of grower Champagne, alongside Antoine already being voted young champagne winemaker of the year, that the demand is high for his wines, thankfully so is the quality.
