“Patchwork” takes its name from the mosaic of limestone and marl soils that Stéphane Tissot farms across Arbois, bringing together different vineyard parcels into a vivid expression of Jura Chardonnay. Fermented with native yeasts and raised in oak (a portion new), it balances Tissot’s signature precision with generous texture.

The 2023 vintage is fresh and chiselled, offering notes of citrus zest, orchard fruit, white flowers, and a subtle saline edge. A gentle touch of oak adds spice and structure without overwhelming the purity of fruit. Bright, mineral-driven, and full of energy, this is a beautiful introduction to both Tissot’s style and the potential of Jura Chardonnay.
