Les Bruyères is a single-vineyard Chardonnay from Stéphane Tissot’s biodynamic estate, grown on grey marl soils that give depth and structure. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in barrel, it shows a more concentrated and ageworthy side of Jura Chardonnay compared to his Patchwork cuvée.

The 2022 is taut yet layered, with aromas of ripe pear, lemon curd, white peach, and almond cream, underscored by wet stone and subtle spice. The palate is powerful and textural, but always lifted by a precise, saline minerality. A benchmark Jura Chardonnay: complex, expressive, and built to evolve beautifully in the cellar.
