From a vineyard planted in 1985. Whole bunch, pressed off quickly and then fermented in open barrels for five to six weeks. Arguably, this could be called a Rosè but it also feels quite like drinking an orange wine, but it's pink. If you've ever tried the ethereal wines made from the grape Poulsard, from the Jura, this is heading in that direction.
