This is full of spice, leather and a black olive character on the nose. Fruits, of the dark berry kind, and a slight balsamic character on the palate. A 2 hectare parcel that this year only produced 500l. The vineyard is 88 years old and whilst not easy to work with, if Tom didn’t buy the fruit, the owner would tear up and replant.
